“ Do you know how fucking lucky you are? For one, to be able to read this, but two, to live in a country with so many possibilities. You can follow your dreams here. Where we are now, we can do basically, whatever we want. We have so many options. The only problem we have is choosing that option. I was standing outside and just thought, “I am so fucking blessed.” Blessed to have the amazing family I have. Blessed to have the incredible friendships I have, blessed to have the freedom of speech. So many countries don’t have that. I think that is one thing us Americans take for granted ever second of our lives. Imagine not being able to go to school, to not get proper education. To not be able to wake up in the morning sleeping in a warm bed or waking up to parents who love you. We take everything for granted. I wish more people would take the time to realize what they have instead if what they don’t. Because the stuff we have is greater than what we don’t have. I firmly believe there should be at least ten minutes of every day that we take a moment of silence to realize all the amazing things we have going for us. We can do or be whatever we want to be. Think about it. How cool is that? We decide our destiny. We have the power to make our own decisions. Where we end up in life is all on us individually. Life is an amazing adventure and I for one do not plan on wasting this life. I do not want to look back and regret anything I have done and, so far I can honestly say, I have no regrets. I have no shame. What you see is what you get with me. I do not treat anyone differently. I do not hate anybody. I am a very loving and forgiving person. I would rather be too forgiving than to never forgive at all. I am so blessed. I love life and I cannot wait to see the kind of person I am going to become. I pride myself in not giving a fuck about what people think of me. A lot of people care way too much about that. And honestly, who cares what people think about you? Be your own person. Do what you want. Do what you love. Forget about society. Society does not matter. The only thing that matters is if you are happy with yourself. If you aren’t, then focus more on the person you want to be. Society is only an opinion on how people should act and on how people should be all the time. But let’s face it; no one can live up to those expectations. I know I can’t. And I do not know anyone who can. Nobody’s perfect. We all make mistakes. And you know what? That’s okay. We are blessed to be able to afford to make those mistakes. I can’t express my feelings any better on life. I love life. I live to love and love to live. Literally, I can’t state it any better than that. As this paragraph comes to an end I hope that anyone who reads it takes something from it. I just want everyone to love themselves as much as the people who love you do. Remember, you are loved. The people who truly love you want you to have an incredible life. So do them a favor, and have an incredible life. If you are a good person deep down, you deserve it. This is my closing sentence. Peace.
